Advertising with Foodie Tours

Foodie Tours presents a unique opportunity for tour operators to showcase their tours on a tour-by-tour basis. Each tour advertisement features the capabilities to include photo slide shows, videos, links to your website, and of course a detailed description of your tour. We also offer a tour ratings feature so past patrons of your tours can remark on what a wonderful experience they’ve had, thus increasing your marketability. We are the premier directory of culinary tours and offer twice the capabilities at half of the price.

Process for Posting Tours:

Click here to submit a standard tour advertisement free of charge . Standard advertisements are limited to a 3 sentence description and images are not included.

The process for posting premium (AKA "featured") tours on our site is as follows:

1. Register for the site and indicate that you are a tour operator .

2. Pay the fees according to the fee schedule below. Payments are made via Paypal to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

3. We will verify your status as an operator and receipt of fees and then approve you for operator status.

4. After approval is granted you will see "Add a Tour" and "Edit a Tour" in your personal user menu which you can use to add and edit your own individual tours.

 Please remember in order to list your site your tour must be at least 70% culinary oriented. Cooking classes held within the U.S. are excluded unless they are intended for out-of-state guests (for example a special class on regional barbeque in South Carolina).

As a reminder, we have a tour ratings feature for each of your tours and the tours with the highest ratings will get posted on the front page. All tours can be ordered in respect to ratings rank. So we encourage you to direct your past patrons to our site to give your tours the highest possible praise!

2008 Fees

Each fee listed is for 10 tours per operator. If you wish to add more than ten tours please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to discuss additional costs.

 □ Three months: $75 ($65 if you post a Foodie Tours link on your site!)

□ Six months: $145 ($125 if you post a Foodie Tours link on your site!)

□ One year: $250 ($210 if you post a Foodie Tours link on your site!)
