Mamma has been the chef for many famous Hollywood actors including the following celebrities - Humphrey Bogart, Anita Eckberg, Richard Burton, Liz Taylor, Fred Astaire, Charles Cubbon, Van Efflin, Federico Fellini, Jaqueline Kennedy and Marcello Mastroianni.
Mamma Agata is somewhat of a celebrity herself, as she is scheduled to be featured on Bravo in the U.S. soon and was featured in Condè Nast Traveller in June 2007 in the UK!
One Day Cooking Lesson with Mamma
Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a piece of Mamma's world famous lemon cake and will be provided with an overview of the day's itinerary
- After your welcome and itinerary overview, you will enjoy a three hour demonstration cooking lesson
- During the cooking class, you will be encouraged to taste the decadent sauces, olive oils, fruits and vegetables - richly produced and fresh from the garden.
- You will also be invited to taste a selection of fresh cheeses special to the Amalfi Coast region
- During your visit, you will be provided the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking garden overlooking the sea and pick your own seasonal vegetables, lemons or just engage in the tranquilty and beauty of the breathtaking view of the Amalfi Costiera and Ravello
- Upon conclusion of your cooking class, you will be provided time to enjoy the fruits of your labor with an exquisite lunch served on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

The one day cooking class is offered year-round Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays)
Mamma's cooking classes are often booked months in advance, so please let us know as soon as possible to secure a spot in one of her very special classes.
