Vermont Farm Tours works with three local farms to offer on-farm Cheesemaking workshops by prior arrangement. Classes taught by farmers and cheesemakers are $50 per adult and $30 per child (age 8-17) and last 2-3hrs. Call (802) 922 - 7346 to schedule a workshop.


Learn to make mozzarella, chev, or feta with the cheesemakers themselves! Workshops include all materials, a tour of the farm, and cheese to share with friends. This is definitely something you can repeat in your home kitchen.
