The Burgundy Culinary Treasures Tour is an immersion in the food, wine, terroir and the people, of Burgundy. Co-leader Henry Talberth will lead market visits with cooking classes to follow, we will enjoy talks and tastings with various vintners, including an American winemaker working in Burgundy. We will base in Beaune, the wine-capital of Burgundy, and offer our cooking demos in a winery kitchen. We will also visit an artisanal cheesemaker. We'll tour the wine villages by van or by bike-- as guests choose. Meals in gourmet bistros. One dinner optional at Michelin starred La Lamelloise.
