Neapolitan Food and Wine Experience in Sorrento

One Day Hands-On Cooking Lesson

Join your hosts for a hands-on cooking lesson in sunny Sorrento. This class is taught by a local chef and will teach you the basic skills necessary to make a three-course Neapolitan style dinner using fresh seasonal ingredients - many of which are grown right on the property.

 

This school is located just minutes from the ancient seaport of Sorrento, known for its gigantic lemons, stunning coast line and delicious limoncello.

 

During your class you will be introduced to such Neapolitan family secrets as making delicious pizzas, sweet and savory tarts and delicious seafood dishes. Classes vary day to day, but are always a treat and include an appetizer, main course and dolce.

 

Upon completion of your cooking lesson, you will join your fellow students for dinner in a warm and cozy atmosphere, enjoying your the fruits of your labor.

Transporation is not included in the price of this lesson but it can be arranged for a small fee. Classes are taught in small groups and each class begins at 4:30 pm daily

 

Upon special request, this class can be booked for private groups for a late moning/early afternoon session
